Before you enquire
How do we book and secure our date?
Send the enquiry form below (or WhatsApp us) with your date and venue. Your booking is confirmed with an advance payment of 30,000 LKR — please note that dates are not reserved without the advance, and popular Saturdays and auspicious dates go first.
Is the advance payment refundable?
The 30,000 LKR advance is non-refundable, as stated in our price guide — it reserves your date exclusively for you and we turn other couples away for that day.
When is the balance due?
Full payment is to be made one week prior to the wedding date, as stated in our price guide.
How much do the packages cost?
Wedding packages run from 100,000 LKR (Basic) to 380,000 LKR (Luxury, wedding + homecoming). Engagement packages are 40,000–85,000 LKR and pre-wedding packages 40,000–65,000 LKR. Full details for every package are in the Pricing section above — prices from our 2025–2026 price guide.
Do you charge for travel?
Travelling charges are added for outstation events, except in the Galle area. Tell us your venue in the enquiry and we will confirm everything clearly in your quote before you book.
How many photographs do we receive?
It depends on your package: wedding galleries hold close to 2,000 high-resolution images (close to 3,000 on the Wedding + Homecoming options and Luxury). Engagement and pre-wedding galleries hold 100–120 professionally edited images.
Do we get the original, unedited photos too?
The Soft package includes all original, unedited images on digital media, and the Basic package includes all photos on digital media. Your edited high-resolution gallery is included in every wedding package.
What is the pre-casual session included in Gold, Premium and Luxury?
A relaxed pre-wedding casual shoot before the big day — one costume, at a location you prefer — so you are comfortable in front of the camera on the wedding day itself. Premium and Luxury also include a 12x17 fine art preshoot album (20 slides).
Do you photograph Poruwa ceremonies and homecomings?
Yes — Poruwa ceremonies, church weddings, Hindu and Muslim ceremonies, receptions and homecomings are all covered. Standard, Gold and Premium have dedicated Wedding + Homecoming prices, and Luxury is a Wedding + Homecoming package, so both days are planned and photographed as one story.
What makes the Luxury album special?
Luxury includes an 18x24 fine art album (60 slides) presented in our Special Album Box — introduced first time in Sri Lanka, according to our price guide — plus preshoot and family albums and the largest framed enlargements we offer.
Will our wedding be posted on social media?
Please note, as stated in our price guide, that a limited number of weddings and pre-wedding sessions will be published on social media according to the photographer’s choice. Mention any preference in your enquiry message and we will discuss it with you.
Can we meet before booking?
Of course — a video call or a coffee is the best way to see if we are the right fit. Mention it in your enquiry message below and we will arrange it.
